Perforating blades

Perforating blades can be used both for paper (e. g. for toilet paper) and for plastic materials.

Circular blades

These can be used, e. g. for manufacturing paper, cardboard boxes, aluminium foil, etc. Divided blades can be delivered too as they facilitate installation.

Band blades

We even offer ("continuous") band blades in any length. The serrated version is available for the meat industry.

Circular tools

Circular tools for cutting toilet paper. Disc diameters are between 200 and 1000 mm, thickness is from 1.0 to 8.0 mm. Borazon wheels can be used for grinding the blades while the machine is running.

Cross tools

Cross blades can be used especially for manufacturing Xerox paper and cardboard. We offer tools up to 8 m in length, a deviation > 0.02 mm is guaranteed per length of 2 metres. We can also offer blades for trimmers, finishing cut bars and tools for three-edge cutters.

Segment tools

Segment blades are mostly used for the production of cardboard boxes. Three different cutting edge types are available, i. e. those with fine teeth, corrugated teeth and without teeth; and/or with or without a nose.
